Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed, and a second email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours after shipment for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of purchase. PureLens is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information provided by the customer.


Shipping Times

Estimated delivery time is 8 to 12 business days from the date of shipment, depending on your location within the United States.

Important: All delivery timeframes provided are estimates and are not guaranteed. While we work hard to ensure your order arrives within the stated window, actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Carrier delays or disruptions
  • Weather events or natural disasters
  • High-volume periods (holidays, promotional events)
  • Customs or regional processing delays
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

PureLens is not liable for any delays once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier. If your package is significantly delayed beyond the estimated window, please contact us at infopurelens@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you.


Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and U.S. territories. We do not currently offer international shipping. If you are located outside the United States, please contact us to discuss possible arrangements.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs and available methods are calculated and displayed at checkout. Any promotions offering free or discounted shipping will be applied automatically when applicable and are subject to change without notice.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor the status of your delivery through the carrier's website. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at infopurelens@gmail.com.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

PureLens is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery confirmation by the carrier (including packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier's tracking system).

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, we recommend:

  1. Checking with household members or neighbors
  2. Looking in alternative delivery locations around your property
  3. Contacting the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number
  4. Waiting 48 hours, as packages are occasionally marked as delivered prematurely

If your package appears to have been lost in transit (no tracking updates for an extended period and no delivery confirmation), please contact us at infopurelens@gmail.com and we will work with the carrier to locate your order or find a resolution.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging and product, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.


P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

We are able to ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. However, please note that deliveries to these addresses may take longer than standard estimated delivery times.


Address Changes and Order Cancellations

If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us at infopurelens@gmail.com as soon as possible. We can accommodate changes only if the order has not yet been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled, and the return policy will apply.


Warranty

Every PureLens device comes with a 90-day warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions under normal use. It does not cover damage resulting from misuse, negligence, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.

To file a warranty claim, please contact us at infopurelens@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We may request photos or video to assess the defect before processing a replacement.


Returns and Refunds

We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your PureLens device, you may request a return within this period.

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at infopurelens@gmail.com with your order number
  2. We will provide return instructions and a return authorization
  3. The product must be returned in its original packaging and in reasonable condition
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
  • Replacement pods and accessories are non-refundable once opened or used
  • We reserve the right to decline a return if the product shows signs of abuse, intentional damage, or excessive use inconsistent with the return period
